Energy Medicine
Several different type of Energy Medicine Sessions and protocols are available which are dependent upon your unique goals. No two sessions are ever identical as your energies are unique to you!
Balance and Bliss Sessions provide an opportunity for deep relaxation and rejuvenation, following a a specific Eden Method protocol.
Tracker Sessions are designed to do just that! Track specific energies that are out of balance. Then we work together to restore them to a more harmonious state. These sessions generally require more active participation and time. Energy testing and assessments occur frequently during the session.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a healing modality that applies alternating light pressure to reflex points in the body that are both gentle and non-invasive. There are actually several different reflex “maps” in the body which are located on the feet, hands, ears and face. CJ works primarily with the reflexes on the feet. Did you know there are over 7,000 (yes, thousand) nerve endings in each foot. The main benefits of reflexology are; reducing stress and bringing about relaxation, improving circulation, reducing pain and assisting your immune system to function better with getting your lymph moving.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy work that brings relaxation and healing to clients. By definition, Reiki stands for universal life energy and is an experience that works holistically on the mind, body and spirit. The intention of a Reiki session is to relieve stress and accelerate the body’s ability for natural healing. By working with the subtle vibrational field that surrounds the body Reiki works to promote balance throughout the entire energy system. Reiki is a more passive form of Energy Medicine in trusting that the energy will align as the body needs it.
A bit about sessions:
All sessions involve a light to moderate touch and sometimes work is done in a person’s energetic field (Energy Medicine and Reiki sessions). Clients always remain fully clothed in any session (except shoes, and socks for reflexology sessions). Individual Sessions are typically done on a massage table or zero gravity reclining chair. Reflexology and Reiki Sessions are available for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Combining these two services is also a great option!
Pricing is $55, $65 or $85 for these sessions.
